Stunning views from the rooftop pool area.
We faced severe issues with inconsistent hot water during our entire stay, impacting our comfort significantly. Despite raising this concern multiple times, the staff was unresponsive, leaving us feeling unheard. On top of that, the check-in took far too long due to reservation mix-ups, which added to our frustrations.

I stayed in a One-Bedroom Apartment for a night, and it was spacious and luxury-decorated. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus! Loved that it came fully equipped with all kitchen and dining essentials. Just a bummer the Nespresso machine was broken at first, but they fixed it eventually. Overall, pretty comfy and stylish space, ideal for chilling out after exploring Medellin.
